Yes. Once it’s built, the site is 100% yours. No contracts, no licensing, no lock-in. If you ever want to move it to a different host or hand it off to another developer, you can — we’ll give you all the files.
QWhat if I need changes later?
Small edits like updating your hours, phone number, prices, or adding a new photo are free for the first 30 days. After that, the optional $29/month plan covers unlimited minor updates handled same day. Bigger redesigns or new pages are quoted separately.
QIs there a contract or long-term commitment?
No contract. The Standard package is $349 and the Premium is $999 — both are one-time payments. No auto-renewals, no hidden fees, no surprises. The only optional recurring cost is the $29/month update plan — and that’s entirely your choice.
QHow long does it take to build my site?
Your preview is ready within 24 hours of you replying to our email. Once you approve it and send over your photos and any specific details, the final site goes live within 48 hours.
QWhat if I already have a domain name?
Great — we’ll point your existing domain to your new site at no extra cost. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you pick and register one. Domains cost about $12 a year directly from a registrar like Namecheap or Google Domains.
QDo you help with SEO so customers can find me on Google?
Every site we build has basic SEO baked in — fast loading, mobile-friendly, proper meta tags, and Google Business integration. For deeper SEO work like keyword research and content strategy, we can refer you to a specialist or quote it separately.
