Your site stays live as long as you’re subscribed. If you cancel, we hand you all the files and you can host it anywhere you want. No lock-in. The monthly covers ongoing services (hosting, GBP management, AI search updates, the phone agent if you have Full Service) — not the website itself.
QWhat if I need changes later?
Minor edits — hours, phone, prices, swapping a photo — are included in your monthly. We handle them same-day. Bigger redesigns or new pages are quoted separately.
QIs there a contract or long-term commitment?
No contract. Online Presence is $199 setup + $20/month. Full Service is $599 setup + $199/month. Cancel anytime — we’ll send you your files and shut things down cleanly. No auto-renewals, no hidden fees, no surprises.
QHow long does it take to build my site?
Your preview is ready within 24 hours of you replying to our email. Once you approve it and send over your photos and any specific details, the final site goes live within 24 hours.
QHow does the AI phone receptionist work?
When a customer calls your business and you can’t pick up (on a job, after hours, weekend), the AI answers in a natural voice using your business name. It asks for their name, what they need help with, their address, and how urgent it is. Then it texts you within 30 seconds with the lead. You call them back while it’s still hot. If your phone rings even 5–10 times a day, this typically pays for itself the first month.
QDo I have to pay if I don’t like the preview?
No. The setup fee is fully refundable until you approve the preview. We build the site first, send you a private link, and you only pay (and the monthly only starts) once you give the green light.
